Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

VAM Elearning Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
 •Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders has been delivered to the consumers.

• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
 • Our team will follow up with you "the customer" for 24 hours for pending documents, post which there will be no claim of non-delivery and TAT of delivery of product will start from the day the documents are received.
 • Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
 • In case of receipt of unsatisfied Services please report the same to our Customer Service team.  This should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products.
 • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Once candidate make the payment then within 3 - 7 working days we shall be providing the service to the candidate.
